We are thrilled to share that we received official notification on July 1, 2016, from the Western Association of Schools and Colleges (WASC) organization that our Chino Valley and South Orange County schools have earned initial accreditation status through June, 2019. This means that both Oxford campuses have met WASC criteria for full accreditation and has a history and support system indicating a high-quality program that can be sustained into the foreseeable future.
WASC is the organization responsible for accrediting public and private K-12 and post-secondary schools throughout the western United States. WASC accreditation involves a voluntary evaluation process and aids schools in developing and sustaining effective educational programs. It also seeks to assure the educational community, the general public, and other organizations that an accredited institution has met high standards of program quality and effectiveness.
