Special Board Meeting Recap
At today’s Special Meeting, Oxford’s Board of Directors took corrective action on a clerical error that occurred in 2017 upon the implementation of Champion Village’s new ProCare billing system.
When the error was initially identified, money due to Oxford Prep-SOC was reimbursed dating back to the beginning of the fiscal year (July 2017). However, in a recent budget meeting, Oxford’s Executive Administration team discovered that additional reimbursements were necessary. For this reason, our Board of Directors approved the transfer of $32,050 from OPA-Chino Valley to Oxford Prep-SOC’s account to correctly reimburse funds dating back to March 2017 when Champion Village payments through ProCare began.
