What is my student’s ID number?

The ID number required to add your student(s) to a MealTime account can be found on your child’s school identification card. It was also sent to parents in Oxford’s lunch program announcement email dated August 10th, 2017. If you are unable to locate this number, please email helpme@oxfordchampions.com.

What if my TK or Kindergarten student goes to Champion Village (CV)?

Lunches are not provided during nutrition break for our TK and Kindergarten students but are available before school and after school during the following times:

    • 10:45-11:15AM –  Enrolled PM Kindergarten
    • 12:30-1:00PM –  Enrolled AM TK/Kindergarten

Parents are required to accompany their child to pick up lunch unless the child is attending Champion Village where a Champion Village staff member will accompany their child. Parents must notify Champion Village staff via email or when dropping their child off if they ordered lunch. 

Can TK and Kindergarteners eat school lunch?

How can I see what the lunch menu will be?

A dedicated lunch menu calendar has been created and can be viewed on our school website here.

Will dietary restrictions be considered in the menu options?

Yes. Initial daily menus will offer standard, vegetarian, and dairy-free options. Depending on daily demand and feedback, these options may change. If your child has a food allergy, please fill out the Medical Statement to Request Special Meals and/or Accommodations form.

How do I apply for free and reduced priced lunches?

Applications for the National School Lunch Program are available in your school’s front office. Instructions and applications can also be downloaded here in English and here in Spanish. Just bring the completed forms with you to the front office and our staff will be happy to help.

Will the Free and Reduced priced lunches be offered?

Yes! Oxford Prep is proud to have received official approval from the California Department of Education to be a National School Lunch Program (NSLP) food vendor. Revolution Foods has been officially approved to provide NSLP services to both our Saddleback Valley and South Orange County campuses.
